The right lender for the structure, not a list of lenders.
Most financing fails on fit, not on quality: the company is sound, the lender's criteria are not. We study both sides of that match. Companies seeking $5 million or more come to us to find the few lenders whose mandate fits their situation. Lenders come to us for borrowers that have already been screened against their criteria.
Two sides of one market
Borrowers. Operating companies, sponsors and project developers seeking credit facilities of $5 million or more, typically in the $10 million to $250 million range. We prepare the case, check it before any lender sees it, and introduce you to lenders whose criteria match. The lender underwrites and closes. We do not lend.
Lenders. Banks, credit funds, family offices and specialty finance companies that want deal flow in the structures they actually write. You tell us your box: size, collateral, sector, geography, structure, pricing floor. We bring borrowers that are already inside it, with a verified information package.
What we cover
Five structures. Each has its own page for borrowers and for lenders.
| Structure | In one line |
|---|---|
| Asset-based lending | Revolving or term credit sized to receivables, inventory and equipment |
| Bridge and mezzanine | Short-term capital to cross a gap, and junior capital between senior debt and equity |
| Project financing | Debt for a defined project, repaid from the project's own cash flows |
| Equipment financing | Loans and leases secured by the equipment being bought or refinanced |
| Factoring | Selling receivables for immediate cash |
How it works
- Conversation. Fit, size and timing. No documents.
- NDA and engagement. Confidentiality and our terms in writing, including every fee, before any information changes hands.
- Verification. For borrowers: the information package a lender will ask for, checked by us first. For lenders: your mandate and criteria, in writing.
- Targeted introductions. A short list of lenders whose written criteria fit. Never a broadcast. Nothing is shared outside a secure, access-controlled data room, under NDA, with every view logged.
- Term sheets and close. Lenders underwrite and make their own decisions. We help you compare terms and manage the process to close.
How we work
- Senior-led. You deal with the principal from first call to close. Nothing is handed off.
- Fit before introduction. We introduce only where a lender's own criteria match, so lenders see fewer, better deals and borrowers are not sent to lenders who will say no.
- NDA before substance. No names, financials or terms are exchanged until both sides are covered.
- Fees in writing, up front. Each side knows what it pays and when before it commits (below).
- An AI-native operating model. Matching criteria to borrowers, tracking diligence and handling documents is automated, so the principal can be thorough and fast at once.
Fees
Borrowers pay an underwriting fee when we are engaged, which covers our review of the borrower's information and the preparation of its case before any lender is approached, and an introduction fee that is payable only if a financing closes with a lender we introduced. The underwriting fee is not a deposit toward a loan and does not guarantee that any lender will offer terms.
Lenders pay a platform fee for access to screened deal flow, and a per-transaction fee when a loan we introduced is originated.
Amounts and timing are set out in the engagement agreement, before you sign it.
Who this is for, and who it is not
For: companies, sponsors and developers seeking $5 million or more; lenders writing in that range. Not for: facilities under $5 million; consumer or residential mortgage loans; anyone seeking a guaranteed outcome.
Questions
Do you lend money? No. We introduce borrowers to lenders. Lenders make their own credit decisions.
Do you guarantee financing? No. Lenders decide, and we say so early if we do not think a financing is likely.
Why is there an underwriting fee? Because the work happens first: we assess and prepare your case before a lender sees it, and we only take on companies we think we can help. It is agreed in writing before you pay anything. What do lenders pay for? Access to borrowers already screened against their written criteria, so their time goes to deals that fit. How is my information protected? Under an NDA, in an access-controlled room where every view is logged. We approach only lenders for whom the transaction is a fit.
